Witcher Crawford had never used a PR consultancy before. While there is a strong architectural media sector in the UK, 360 integrated PR advised Witcher Crawford to target mainstream consumer media and enhance its online profile.
To create the campaign themes, we interviewed all members of staff. By discovering common ground and what inspired people about the practice, we discovered the points of difference around which we could build a campaign.
Having introduced Witcher Crawford to the media, we developed a range of real life stories and created from scratch a new photo library of projects and detail shots which we made available to the media. Most importantly, we provided journalists with expert comment on the issues they wanted to cover.
No media campaign works in isolation, so 360 also introduced Witcher Crawford to the opportunities available through social media, professionalising their approach to Twitter, Facebook and Houzz.
