Over the years, Philip has constantly adapted O-I Glass’s communications strategy, to support the changing needs of the organisation.

He’s managed PR and external communications for O-I UK, leading reputation management, media relations and crafting internal communications.

Philip has also played a role in wider European communications. He provides strategic counsel on a variety of issues and, for three years, oversaw O-I’s extensive network of European public relations agencies. He created a training programme for the company’s internal communications coordinators and led the PR training of staff in 11 European countries via Microsoft Teams.

Currently, Philip supports the global marketing team with PR strategy advice, copywriting and media relations.
