Parkside School

Parkside School, a high achieving preparatory school for boys in Surrey, recognised a need to update its image to compete for a diminishing pool of children in difficult market conditions. 360 managed the school’s communications for several years.

What we did for them

360 created a new, professional identity for the school and complemented this with a fresh approach to its marketing materials in terms of prospectus, new entrant pack, parental communications, website copy, print and digital advertising.

We segmented the three entry points – co-educational nursery, pre-prep and prep – using different creative themes which linked to form a whole school ethos.

This was supported by media relations and advertorials to promote the school’s reputation as being a place where boys could thrive.

Results

  • Over a two-year period, Parkside exceeded its target of 290 pupils by enrolling an additional 25 pupils, generating considerable future income for investment in the school.
  • “Having professional guidance has encouraged us to take advantage of marketing opportunities that we may not otherwise have considered. We have certainly benefited from the advice given and appreciate the fact that marketing strategies have been tailored to suit our profile as a school.”

Pauline Connell, Assistant Bursar, Parkside School
